PP ( Polypropylene) Membrane Filter Cartridge

Polypropylene Membrane Cartridges are highly retentive and constructed of naturally fine polypropylene fibres.Thease filters are specifically designed for use in applications where economy and reliability are critical. The polypropylene membrane is a reliable choice for the purification of aggressive chemicals, compressed gases, and vent applications. All materials of construction are FDA listed for direct food contact, and all components have been tested according to the USP Class VI biological tests for plastics at 121°C.

Sealing technology Thermal Bonding, No Adhesives , binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. Furthermore, the all-polypropylene construction provides excellent thermal and chemical compatibility with low and high pH

Sterilization & Autoclaving:

• The filters can be sterilized by autoclaving for up to 20 cycles at 125 °C (257 °F) for 30 minutes. The filters can also be sterilized by steam-in-place procedure up to 5 cycles at 135 °C (275 °F) for 30 minutes at less than 0.3 bar (4.35 psi) differential pressure. The filters can also sanitized by hot water or common chemicals that are compatible with filter components.
